Cycles at work?

This is interesting. I've just realized that certain things happen in repetitive cycles. Just as the sun rise and sets, most of our behaviours follow in a similar set cycle.

As an example, some days you feel like always posting on Facebook.. You continue doing so for a number of days until you suddenly stop. Then you go through a period where you hardly post anything at all. It's as if behavioral patterns follow this cycle as well. It not only happens with Facebook, but with almost everything else that we do as a habit.

It's as if nature has a law that prevents everything from always happening in a continuous never-ending path. Well I guess this law prevents destruction from repetitive behaviours, just as you'll suffer physical and emotional damage if you skip the cycle of sleep.

Light has a speed limit of 330,000 km/s, which is enforced by nature to allow time to be as constant as it is. I guess these cycles allows us to keep our sanity for a lifetime.
